2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 695 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 498A, 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other accused persons is said to have killed his daughter-inlaw. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail since 15.04.2023.
6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge has not been framed yet on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 695 of 2022.
9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on the dates fixed for hearing.
