JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2020 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 08.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 999 of 2018 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Trial No. 2007 of 2017 arising out of Complaint Case No. C-1208 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned 5th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran and the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of six weeks and furnish bail bonds.

The present modification application, seeking extension of time of surrender in the Court below and furnishing bail bonds,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74912 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 has been filed virtually after a lapse of more than two years. This Court finds no reason to interfere with the order dated 08.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 999 of 2018 at such a belated stage.
