Patna High Court REQ. CASE No.116 of 2019(4) dt.19-02-2020 2/3 As mutually agreed upon, the dispute inter se the parties, arising out of agreement dated 31.03.2011, in relation to the work "Consultancy services for preparation of detailed project report for rehabilitation and upgrading of existing road along Indo-Nepal Border from KM-226 to KM-339 (Package:III part of Sursand-Bariarpur-Laukhi-Andhra Thari)" entered into Bihar State Road Development Corporation Ltd. And Caritas Infra Consulting Pvt. Ltd., is referred to an Arbitrator, namely, Shri Ashok Kumar Sinha, a retired Chief Information Commissioner-cum-Former Chief Secretary.

Parties undertake to appear before the learned Arbitrator on 30.03.2020 and undertake to fully co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

Needless to add, that arbitral proceeding shall be held in consonance with the settled principle of law and the provisions of the Arbitration and Concilliation Act. Let Registrar General shall ensure a copy of the order is made available to the learned Arbitrator within next two weeks.
