2 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with NCB Case No NCB/PZU/V/02/2020, NDPS Case No 7 of 2020 dated 05.02.2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8 (C), 20 (B), II (C) and 29 of NDPS Act.

3 From perusal of the First Information Report, it appears that this is the third attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. On prevision occasions, three successive bail petitions have been rejected by this Court. Perusal of the bail petition and report of trial Court bearing Letter No 1 dated 02.01.2024, it appears that learned trial Court has requested this Court giving

4 In these circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, this bail petition is rejected.

5 However, learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within three months of receiving a copy of this order on petitioner's cooperating with the trial Court. 6 If the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period of three months with cooperation of the petitioner, the petitioner may renew the prayer for bail before the trial Court and the trial Court shall grant bail to the petitioner.
