2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, registered in connection with Maranchi (Panchmahala O.P.) P.S. Case No. 71 of 2024.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is the second attempt of bail by the petitioner and earlier his prayer was rejected vide order dated 09.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46701 of 2024 with the observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months, or after framing of charge. He submits that the charges have been framed against

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Exclusive Special Judge Excise, Barh, Patna in connection with Maranchi (Panchmahala O.P.) P.S. Case No. 71 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
