The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is five unknown miscreants on the point of knife and fire arms looted away the truck.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name has transpired in this case merely on the basis of suspicion. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from the petitioner. The petitioner has not

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. case No.450 of 2019.
