Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 30.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50964 of 2022, the petitioner was granted bail by this Court with a condition that he will be released on bail after framing of charge or on completion of one year in custody whichever is later. Learned counsel submits that due to aforesaid condition petitioner has not been released on bail till today. Accordingly, he prays for modification in order dated 30.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50964 of 2022 to this extent that petitioner will be released on bail after framing of charge.

5. Learned APP does not controvert the aforesaid submission.

6. In the light of aforesaid submission, order dated 30.09.2022 stands modified to the extent that petitioner will be
