The present modification petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking modification in the order dated 07.10.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58973 of 2023, thereby granted thirty day's time to surrender before the learned trial Court in connection with Pranpur Roshna P.S. Case No. 21 of 2023, for extending the time by a further two weeks, on the ground that during the specified period for surrender, the petitioner fell ill and consequently could not furnish his bail bond within the stipulated time.

In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 07.10.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58973 of 2023, is modified

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82026 of 2024(2) dt.22-11-2024 2/2 to the aforesaid extent and two weeks' further time is allowed to surrender in terms of the order dated 07.10.2023. 4.

Accordingly, the modification petition stands disposed of.
