JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 5/ 18-05-2018 This application has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioners. It has been submitted that inadvertently in the prayer portion of main bail petition „Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- VII, Patna‟ has been typed in place of "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- VIII, Patna" and the same mistake has occurred in the order dated 15.05.2018 by which petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the application with respect to name of the Court.

Accordingly, in 7th paragraph of the order dated 15.05.2018 on page 2, in place of „Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- VII, Patna‟ it should be read as "Additional Chief

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17170 of 2018 (5) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 Judicial Magistrate- VIII, Patna".

The order dated 15.05.2018 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
