Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with POCSO Case No. 14 of 2017, arising out of Sheikhpura Mahila P.S. Case No. 13 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 452, 354 and 354B of the Indian Penal Code. At the very outset, it appears that petitioner was on police bail during pendency of the case and later on charge sheet has been submitted.

Heard both sides.

In such view of the matter, let petitioner, above named, surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered by the court concerned keeping in view the fact that earlier petitioner was on police bail and he has not misused the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24996 of 2018 (3) dt.10-05-2018 2/2 privilege of police bail.

With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
