2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 498, 304B of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is said to have killed his wife for demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mother of the petitioner had informed the prosecution side that daughter had committed suicide and the petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2023.

5. Considering the fact that the prosecution side was informed by the mother-in-law of the deceased and considering the period of custody, this application for regular

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Bhojpur at Ara/concerned Court below in connection with Barahara P.S. Case No. 95 of 2023.
