The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kundwachainpur P.S. Case No. 135 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2019. No.67492 of 2019(2) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kundwachainpur P.S. Case no. 135 of 2019.
