The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 323, 307, 506, 341 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Moreover, no one has sustained injury and the petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 17.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72009 of 2019(3) dt.21-11-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Arwal in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 85 of 2019.
