Patna High Court CWJC No.21481 of 2019 dt.21-01-2020 2/2 Education Officer, Patna to examine the claim of the petitioners for grant of Matric trained scale. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners would be approaching respondent no. 8 in respect of their claim for grant of Matric trained scale by way of filing a detailed representation.

In view of such limited prayer, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Petitioners will make their representation within two weeks. Thereafter, the District Education Officer, Patna (Respondent No. 8) would be obliged to consider their claim in accordance with law and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within three months thereafter.
