ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners, who are the family members of the husband of the informant, are apprehending their arrest in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.578/2017 (G.R. No.4706/2017) registered for the offence punishable under
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74066 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 Sections 420, 498A and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.578/2017 (G.R. No.4706/2017), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
