JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code .

Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that the name of the petitioner came in course of investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of this petitioner came in confessional statement of coaccused and so far as recovery of Labtop is concerned, the same was recovered from co-accused Monazir@ Mintu and not from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.69445 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria( Bairagachhi) P.S. Case No. 140 of 2019.
