This appeal has been filed for setting aside order dated 27.09.2024 passed in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103 (1) and 3 (5) of BNS and sections 3(i)(r), 3 (1) (s), 3(2)(v)(a) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected.

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Lalita devi alleged that on 26.08.2024 , all the F.I.R., named accused persons including this appellant committed murder of husband of informant because he demanded labour cost from

4. It is submitted on behalf of this appellant that appellant has been falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Appellant has got no concern with the deceased and he has not committed any maarpit with the deceased. Allegation is general and omnibus against this appellant. Appellant claims clean antecedent.

5 . Learned special Public Prosecutor for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that appellant is named in the F.I.R. with specific allegation that he along with other coaccused persons committed murder of husband of informant.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, nature of accusation and other circumstances of case , I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order, accordingly this appeal is dismissed.
