This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sakri P.S. Case No.33 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 & 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are suspected to have killed the deceased.

During the investigation, the mobile phone of the deceased was recovered on the statement of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2023. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail for the present. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The trial
