JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-10-2024 Heard Mr. Abhishek Anand along with Ms. Madhuri Kumari, learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. V.S.S. Singh, learned GP 19 for the State.

Petitioner has inter alia prayed for following reliefs in the paragraphs No.1 of the writ petition:- "(A) A writ of certiorari for quashing of the order dated 30.07.2024 (Annexure-P10) wherein it is directed to the District Program Officer, ICDS, Vaishali at Hajipur to implement the order dated 29.11.2021 and grant selection letter to the private respondent Manju Kumari after taking a decision

Patna High Court CWJC No.16757 of 2024(2) dt.29-10-2024 2/2 according to the rules of Anganwadi Sevika.

(B) A writ of Mandamus for direction to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Aganwadi Sevika at Centre no.199, situated in ward No.17 of Rustampur Gram Panchayat of Raghopur Block of Vaishali along with entire consequential monetary and service benefits.

(C) A Writ of Mandamus for direction to the respondent no.3 to dispose of the memo of appeal contained in Appeal Case No.13 of 2021 filed by the petitioner.

(D) Any other relief or reliefs as deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the Petitioner's case."

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that unnecessarily for no reason, the District Magistrate, Vaishali has not disposed of the appeal of the petitioner filed on 15.03.2022.

4. Considering the non-adjudication on part of the District Magistrate, the incumbent District Magistrate must take steps to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously without any further delay.
