ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties. It appears that a Mediator report has come before this Court which indicates that the following:

"1. That the total settlement amount of Rs.

3,21,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh Twenty One Thousand) has been agreed between the parties.

2. That the petitioner Ram Padarath Roy, will give total amount of Rs. 3,21,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh Twenty One Thousand) in total. Rs. 1,00,000/- (One Lakh) already paid on 25.06.2018 and another Rs. 1,00,000/- (One Lakh) within two months, and rest Rs. 1,21,000/- (One Lakh Twenty One Thousand) will be paid within six months.

3. That after receiving the total amount of Rs. 3,21,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh Twenty One Thousand) opposite party No.2/informant will withdraw/compromise

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16195 of 2018 (6) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 his case against petitioner Ram Padarath Roy and others petitioners.

4. That now there is no dispute of any type between the parties.

5. That in the above mentioned terms and conditions a settlement has been arrived at between the parties and both have signed/thumb impression in presence of their learned counsels, who have also put their signature on this agreement".

As the parties have now come to an amicable settlement on the terms and conditions which are aforesaid, this application is disposed of in the terms of the compromise petition. The order of interim bail now stands confirmed. In view of the above, let the petitioners in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 69/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
