Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that as per FIR, it is alleged that this petitioner along with his family members have checked the informant when she was making fence to his land from his Manson. The petitioner assaulted her with Khanti by which she got Head injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68534 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 fact is evident in the informatory application itself which was filed as Sanha No. 280 (J) of 2019 dated 02.02.2019 and Sahna No. 519 (J) of 2019 dated 26.02.2019 specifically speaks about land dispute between the parties. The petitioner has got clean antecedent. The petitioner filed supplementary affidavit, it is mentioned that the injury report is simple in nature. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.,Munger, in connection with Dharahara P.S. Case No. 156 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
