JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-10-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 163 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR there is allegation of snatching of Rs.70,000/- and mobile from the informant by the miscreants on the point of pistol and also there is allegation of damaging his car. Petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on his name transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is co-villager of the informant but still he has not been named and he has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail .

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67069 of 2019(2) dt.23-10-2019 2/2 In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. He may surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of materials available in the case diary.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
