2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Basantpur (O.P. Lakari Nabiganj) P.S. Case No. 302 of 2022 dated 29.06.2022, lodged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 120(B) of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and Prabhu Tiwari are accused of catching hold the deceased and Hani Tiwari and Tarun Tiwari have assaulted the deceased with tangi.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated and the entire family has been made accused in the present case. He

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the fact that there is no allegation of assault against the petitioner, this bail application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail (only after framing of charge) on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Basantpur (O.P. Lakari Nabiganj) P.S. Case No. 302 of 2022.
