Petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 279, 337, 338, 304A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 01.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67105 of 2019(2) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 169 of 2019.
