JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-01-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 371 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation is of recovery of 72 litres of liquor from the poultry farm of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has no criminal antecedent and has falsely been made accused in this case and he has been in judicial custody since 15.09.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the submission as above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
