2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 340 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are accused of killing the deceased for demand of dowry.

4. During investigation it has come that the victim was being treated and she has committed suicide. The petitioner is in jail since 15.05.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 340 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
