2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rail Danapur Patliputra Jn. P.S. Case No. 08 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 370/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 79 of the J.J. Act.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent mentioned in Para 3 of the bail application. As per allegation, informant found that in platform nos. 4 and 5, six boys and three girls were sitting in suspicious condition and as details found, in course of interrogation of three girls including Bishal Kumar, Suraj Kumar and Rakesh Kumar in connivance with each other took

He further submits that the petitioner is a contractor and he gave only four tickets to Bishal Kumar and Suraj Kumar and they have also carrying the minor girl.

4. Considering the nature of offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
