The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of misuse of bail.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner was granted bail by the court below itself and during trial proper pairvi could not be made on behalf of the petitioner. Hence his bail bond was cancelled. The petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2019. He has remained in custody for sufficient period. It is further submitted that the petitioner will co-operate during trial.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let
