1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(A) For commanding and directing the respondents for taking appropriate steps for appointment/selection of the petitioner on the post of "TRANSLATOR" in pursuance to the Advertisement No.PHC/04/2022 for "TRANSLATOR RECRUITMENT EXAMINATION, 2022" in the establishment of the High court of Judicature at Patna.

(B) For commanding and directing the respondents for taking appropriate steps for appointment/selection of the petitioner on the post of "TRANSLATOR" by considering and treating her candidature under "E.W.S-Femalecategory" in pursuance to the Advertisement

Patna High Court CWJC No.111 of 2024(2) dt.15-02-2024 2/2 No.PHC/04/2022 for "TRANSLATOR RECRUITMENT EXAMINATION, 2022" in the establishment of the High court of Judicature at Patna.

(C) For commanding and directing the respondents for taking appropriate steps for correction and modification in the proposed list of waiting candidates specially for the candidates coming under the preview of E.W.S category for appointment of the petitioner on the post of "TRANSLATOR" in case of appointment of the candidates is taken from the present proposed list of waiting candidates in pursuance to the Advertisement No.PHC/04/2022."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
