2. Petitioners apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, informant suspects that all the named accused persons killed the son of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence and only suspicion has been raised against these

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioners are named in the FIR. During the course of investigation, it has come that the petitioners along with other accused persons have killed the son of the informant. As per post-mortem report, the cause of death was opined to be asphyxia resulted from ante-mortem compression of mouth, nose and chest.

6. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) AjayMishra/- U T
