Petitioner is accused in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 218 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a) (c), 32(b), 33 and 36 of the Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no knowledge about the recovery of the alleged illicit wine. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 3rd
