JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State as well as counsel for the informant. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Buxar (M) P.S. Case No.19 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners.

No.5287 of 2018(7) dt.21-05-2018 2/3 There is no money receipt nor any document filed by the informant to substantiate his claim that he has made payment of Rs. five lacs to the accused persons. It is further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation that informant paid Rs. five lacs to the accused persons for getting job. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No.19 of 2014, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

(3) if petitioners tamper with the evidence or the witnesses of the case, in that case, prosecution will be at liberty to move for
