2. The petitioner happens to be husband of the O.P. No. 2 apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 228 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 315, 324, 498(A) and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Considering the fact that the dispute has arisen on account of a family feud and matrimonial discord, the matter was sent to the Patna High Court Mediation Center for resolving the dispute. However, it resulted into failure because of non

4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner made various submissions and finally undertakes that he is ready to pay an amount of Rs. 5,000/- per month till any order is passed by Family Court.

5. Learned Advocate for the O.P. No. 2 accepted the undertaking.

6. In view of the submissions aforenoted and the undertaking given by the petitioner, this Court deems it proper to allow the application, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, Supaul in connection with Complaint Case No. 228 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with the further conditions that (i) one of the bailors shall be the own/close family members of the petitioner (ii) the petitioner shall ensure payment of Rs. 5,000/- in the duly furnished account of the O.P. No. 2 within first ten days of every
