The petitioner (proposed appellant) seeks grant of leave to prefer an appeal against the order of acquittal dated 16.01.2018 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Birpur in Trial No. 06 of 2018 (Complaint Case No. 169C of 2005) whereby learned Magistrate has acquitted the accused persons (respondents) of the charges punishable under Sections 120(B), 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court SLA No.31 of 2018(3) dt.20-11-2018 2/2 Good ground has been made out for grant of leave in preferring the appeal.
