Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S.Case No.966 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
As per FIR, there was recovery of 40 ltrs. of liquor from the bushes and it is said that the petitioners and other accused persons leaving the liquor fled away from there. It further appears that the petitioner is accused in one more case. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is nothing against the petitioner to show that he was carrying the above liquor and he has been made accused only because he is accused in one more case.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ-II-cumSpl. Judge, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S.Case No.966 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (22019) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
