2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 251 of 2023 instituted under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. There is direct allegation of torture for demand of dowry and killing the deceased.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of allegation, this application is dismissed.
