Petitioner is accused in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 247 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 11.08.2019.
