1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner, for the issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus, or any other writ/writs, direction/directions, order/orders, commanding the respondents most particularly respondent no-02, to consider the petitioner request for transfer in view of the advertisement published under authority of the Government of Bihar, Vide Letter No6/N-13- 24/2-2021-933(6), dated- 12-06-

Patna High Court CWJC No.82 of 2024(2) dt.15-02-2024 2/2 2023, whereby and where under, the application for voluntary transfer of A.N.M working in regular cadre were invited on Web-Portal:

http://healthonline.bih.nic.in giving the last date- 06/12/2022 for submitting transfer application followed by requisite condition but in spite of proper submission of application form and the requisite condition for transfer, the petitioner request was not considered by the Respondents authorities in publication of final list of transfer, Vide order dated-04/10/2023, letter no-6/N13- 24/2021-1537 (6) and it is the reason behind filing of this writ application."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Director in Chief Health Services, Bihar, Patna, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
