2. The petitioners, who are Panchayat Teachers, have approached this Court challenging the Memo No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16386 of 2023 dt.23-09-2024 3/3 1556 dated 24.07.2023 issued by the District Programme Officer, Araria (Annexure-6), whereby the teachers appointed on the basis of counseling conducted on 10.07.2017, have been stopped from working.

3. Since the petitioners are Panchayat Teachers; having regard to the provisions of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Disputes Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and also in view of the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 10222 of 2022 in the case of Rani Kumari vs. State of Bihar & Ors. along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition shall stand disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.
