2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 20, 25, 29 of N.D.P.S. Act.

3. Total 1164 Kg. Ganja, kept in different packets, have been recovered from a container of Truck, bearing registration no. WB23B-9946, of which, petitioner is driver. As per paragraph - 3 of supplementary affidavit, petitioner has got two criminal antecedents.
