The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2019.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the and has no criminal antecedent and he has never been involved in any criminal case except the present case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
