The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 117 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.07.2019.
