Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity. As a matter of fact, no such occurrence ever took place as has been narrated by the informant. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
