2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 121 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have committed rape upon the victim.

4. From the reading of the F.I.R., it appears that it is a case of consensual sex. The petitioner is in jail since 30.05.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
