The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No.87 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation that the petitioners and others assaulted four persons causing them grievous injuries and one of the injured is struggling for his life in hospital, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. The application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners is rejected. In case, the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the
