This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Pandarak P.S. Case No.91 of 2012 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 384, 341, 326, 307, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that petitioner and others have demanded extortion (rangdari) from the informant and on nonfulfillment of said demand, they have fired which hit the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2023. He is also accused in three serious criminal cases. 4.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in this case other accused persons have been

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and also the criminal antecedents of the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail for the present. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.

Call for the bail orders of accused persons in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No.91 of 2022 from the concerned Court below.
