Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302, 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. From the allegations levelled in the first information report, no offence under section 302, 324/34 is made out against this petitioner. As a matter of fact the informant and the deceased were involved in criminal activities and were having inimical terms with various persons of criminal background. Moreover, charge has already been framed in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68112 of 2019(2) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 this case and examination of witness has also started. Petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge IX, Begusarai in connection with Sessions Trial No. 475 of 2019 arising out of Town P.S. Case No. 651 of 2018.
