1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 74, 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and are women and petitioner no.1 is aged about 19 years and petitioner no.2 is aged about 45 years and the informant alleges that he was tying his Buffalo at his door, when accused persons came and Chandeshwar assaulted him by an iron rod causing injury on head and when his wife and daughter came to save him, the

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant being daughter and wife of Chandeshwar. It is also submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that on account of dispute relating to tying of Buffalo the occurrence is alleged to have taken place. It is also submitted that specific allegation of assaulting the informant is against Chandeshwar and the allegation of assault against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into consideration the fact that petitioners are women, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Arer P.S.
