The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 325, 307, 384, 54 of the Indian Penal Code, and 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected vide Annexure-1 to the present application with observation at this stage and liberty was granted to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail after six months. Hence the present application has been filed.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67353 of 2019(2) dt.22-10-2019 2/2 allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 24-09-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioners. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioners. The other co-accused with similar allegation has been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide Annexure-1 to the present application. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Nawada in connection with Sessions Trial No. 158 of 2019/216 of 2019 arising out of Nawada P.S. Case No. 178 of 2017.
