2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 17.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65051 of 2025 by this Court to the extent of correction in the operative part of the aforesaid order and for extension of period to surrender.
3. Due to inadvertent error in the bail petition, in the operative part of the aforesaid order dated 17.09.2025, satisfaction of learned court below has wrongly been typed as 'Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Madhubani' instead of 'J.M., Benipatti, Madhubani'. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for necessary correction in the order.

In view of the aforesaid facts, let the satisfaction of learned court below in the aforesaid order be read as 'Sri Manish Ranjan, learned J.M., Benipatti, Madhubani' in place of 'Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Madhubani' and further six weeks' time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the concerned Court where the case is pending, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.
5. Accordingly, order dated 17.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65051 of 2025 is modified to the above extent and this petition is allowed.
